What Do You Accomplish?

What do you accomplish? When you look back over your day(s) in summary are you “happy” with this mental report? What do you actually get done? What impact do you believe that has on your future?

For me for a long time now just getting thru the day is not enough. At least one thing has to be accomplished.
I’m not grateful for waking up, I expect to wake up.

I feel I have a responsibility to have an impact on the universe. There is no God or master plan, it’s up to “us” to create and develop what this will all eventually be. It’s a cowardly cop out to place this responsibility on an unseen God or higher force.

Whatever “getting it done” is. Right now in my opinion it’s survival. Deep long-term survival as presented in the movie Interstellar. (Which was a damn good movie that did not interject God at all and touched on ideas regarding surviving singularity I’ve had for years and I love how love was the catalyst (an earth life created love)

If we bring up our children teaching them God will get it done it won’t get done.

And we’ll be running around preaching and hollering about the same thing John did 2000 years ago 2000 years from now

Accomplishing and gettin’ it done. A continuous focused drive to get there, a yet undetermined where, driven by an internal passion

That’s what I wake up and do and I expect to do it everyday of my life.

I’m talking mindset, a discipline even. A self-standard set for achievement.

Over the years this intention gains momentum which brings confidence, knowledge from experience and higher expectations

Maximizing My Capability And Relationships

i love gettin’ things done. i love organizing my life and myself. i love having things in place and the immediate future at least thought about. i love that i have a documented inventory of all my data and that it is secured and backed up. I love that i know exactly where everything that i own is located.

i really really love keeping it moving in the direction of my intentions and towards the general over goals i wish to achieve in life. i love that i do not have precisely specific “goals” but a strong general idea of the areas that i want to impact. my deep intentions do not involve any material things, but they do include travel.

and when i found out how i could work on my own stuff while at and not interfering with work? oh my goshy it was on for reals. LOL at one job i had full blown CD manufacturing going on! let alone webpage, graphics and video editing and creation. Continue reading

The Power Of Faith And Love

i have witnessed and felt the power of both faith and love. I am an atheist but I have faith in spiritual things. I am not a skeptic. “redirecting” the power and energy of faith to focus on ourselves and not in the sky will eliminate 95% of the worlds problems and create a heaven on earth.

I can’t think of anything that can replace the power faith has in human beings, besides love which is also a faith. “Redidrecting” faith will make humanity “better” cause we would treat each other and everything around us as we treat god. From this our morals will come. Like a “natural morality.”

the goal of life is survival, to continue “forever.” not for one form of it to be delivered to a better place forsaking all that life in its many forms has evolved to be. the goal of the bible is to discard mother earth, all life and all she and we have created for an unseen unproven “better” place. the goal of the bible is the end of life on earth.

devoting your life to god and living under pre-determined philosophies is not living, its existing. accepting you can never go over or be “higher” than that is not fully living your life or utilizing your consciousness. so when people say by believing in god they loose nothing if wrong when they die as opposed to non-believers, I say your not really living your life fully with that mindset. Blame Whitey And Trust God Ain’t Working

No matter what you think or believe, if he is running around calling himself a thug, a dopeman and a killer, or if she is tagging herself as a hoe and answers to “bitch,” and they all call each other niggas- guess what?
How are you going to blame media portrayal?

The time is coming when “we” will separate ourselves from that aspect of the black community. It’s happening very slowly, but folks are speaking up

The issue is the black on black murder rate in Chicago and other places. And black (and other) people simply being left behind. Generations leading to people who are no longer part of the system

New Agey Spiritualisms Are Not Solutions, They Are Policies And Practices

Love, God, Pray, Harmony, Hugs, Togetherness and other rainbow “New Agey” spiritualisms are not solutions, they are policies and practices. None of these things actually gets anything accomplished. To actually get anything done takes a discipline, focus, planning, strategy and a determination- the motivation of which can come from the above mentioned.

To get something done you can’t pray on it or love it or even hope for it, you have to do it and get it done.

And this takes a focus and discipline which goes against New Agey principal. Strategy has edges and focus means that you can’t save the whole world and hug everybody it means get done what you came here to do.

It means excluding things and saying “no,” it means making hard decisions and factoring out what is not needed based on its value towards the goal, not according to sentiment or compassion.

A healthy balance must be achieved.

I dabbled in the new age thing and I get how powerful love, meditation and prayer can be. Spiritualism does exist and there may even be some type of higher power that we will get to, attain or achieve. I’ve felt church and spirit all thru my body. And it made me feel good, damn good.

But I found what made me feel better was accomplishing things when I came out of my meditations. This empowered me more than any prayer has. To understand my capability as a physical, thinking human functioning with a purpose in part driven by my “spirituality.”

It’s real and it all happens with us and by us.
